This system
will make you, the member, accountable for what rank you will obtain and
maintain in the guild. The new ranks
will be based on participation in guild scheduled events and other contributions
to the guild. Every three weeks the
Cabinet will review and decide who will be promoted or demoted or maintain their
present rank according to the member’s prior actions in the preceding
weeks. The new ranks are as
follows:
Cabinet is
appointed by the GM and will include the GM as a member.
Ranger –
rank is obtained by a unanimous Cabinet vote.
The Cabinet will review the member’s attendance in guild events and guild
meetings, willingness to help with guild events and be helpful to members, make
suggestions to the Cabinet of possible events to run and contribute to the guild
on a regular basis.
Once a
member has reached the Ranger status they will be granted access to all bank
tabs, all crafting items and guild repair, officer chat and a say in the
scheduling of guild events and be part of the office meetings.
Special Ops
– this rank will be obtained by
attending most the guild events and meetings.
There should be a willingness to be available to help others. The rank will have access to limited bank
tabs, limited guild repairs, and limited crafting items.
Crew – the
rank awarded to members who have met the requirement to advance beyond recruit
level. There are very limited
privileges. Will be only allowed to
deposit in the bank and will require permission to obtain bank items. There is no access to guild funds for
repairs. This rank is for our more
casual social player or new members who are moving their way up in
rank.
Recruit –
The rank given to new members.
Advancement to crew will be reviewed at the first Cabinet Review meeting
after the recruit has been a member for the minimum of 3 weeks.
Members
awarded Ranger rank will be appointed and notified this weekend.
The Cabinet
members realize that real life comes first and by notifying the guild ahead of
time will be considered.
